DevOps & automation skills: Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), and scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

Professional experience & certifications: Background in ITIL and Scrum environments, relevant cloud certifications (Azure or AWS), and understanding of IT service financials and vendor contracts.

Communication & leadership: Strong presentation and influencing skills, ability to lead laterally, collaborate across teams, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders; fluent in English (German a plus).
