- You'll be responsible for streamlining our HR processes at our Sofia location, working closely with our German HR team to implement the diva-e standards. Your role will involve adapting the German processes to fit the unique Bulgarian context, ensuring we achieve the best possible results together.
- You act as a consultant and trusted partner for our employees, managers, and leadership, you’ll work to balance their needs with the company’s interests in the best possible way. Your main goal will always be to ensure the highest level of employee satisfaction.
- You’ll use your empathy and excellent communication skills to support and facilitate employee appraisals, as well as conflict resolution or exit talks. You’ll also be the go-to person for all labor law-related questions.
- In close collaboration with our People Services team and external stakeholders, you'll manage the entire employee lifecycle - from handling the administrative side of onboarding to ensure new employees have a smooth and welcoming start at diva-e, to supporting them with HR queries, all aimed at achieving high employee satisfaction.

Requirements
- You’re an empathetic team player who enjoys working with others.
- While we’d love it if you’ve completed a degree in something like business administration (with a focus on HR), psychology, or education - what really matters to us is your HR expertise, your ability to handle tasks independently, and your openness to new ideas.
- You’ve several years of experience as HR Business Partner and background in HR services, ideally in an international company. You’re familiar with the essentials of HR management and have a solid grasp of labor law, along with a business-focused mindset. Your service-oriented approach means you’re always happy to guide employees and managers on any HR-related matters.
- You’re known for your precision and your ability to spot the devil in the details.
- Strong communication skills, along with intercultural understanding, are key for this role since you’ll be collaborating with colleagues and managers from different countries like Germany, Bulgaria, and the US. Very good English skills are a must for this position. German is a plus, it’s not a requirement.
