- Design and build backend components for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including templates, components, and OSGi services.
- Develop and maintain frontend components using TypeScript, leveraging frameworks like React or Vue, and tools like Redux or MobX for state management.
- Optimize web applications for performance, responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and strong SEO using tools like WebPack or Vite.
- Enhance existing AEM workflows, permissions, and integrate with marketing tools such as AEM Analytics.
- Collaborate closely with UX teams to ensure seamless UI integration, adhering to accessibility standards and WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
- Share knowledge within the team while contributing to a structured development workflow using Git, Jira/Confluence, and other agile methodologies.

Requirements
- Strong experience with AEM, including templates, components, OSGi services, Sling, and Felix.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, SCSS (preferred over CSS), and semantic HTML (e.g., , , ).
- Hands-on experience with Web Components and related tools like templating with Lit.
- Proficiency in frontend and backend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest or JUnit).
- Experience with design systems like StoryBook and tools such as Figma or InVision for translating UI into functional components.
- Strong communication skills, commitment to continuous learning, and ability to deliver results in agile teams;
