As part of the BDR team, you will help position the diva-e portfolio with our clients and actively shape the digital future. You will build sustainable partnerships and prepare leads for the sales team in the manufacturing, automotive, retail, and financial services sectors. By working closely with our internal teams, you will develop efficient sales strategies and ensure high customer satisfaction. We will support you on the job and pave the way for a successful career in digital sales.

About the job

  • You’ll prepare your sales activities and proactive outreach by closely monitoring market trends - creating detailed market analyses, and researching target customers to ensure your outreach is proactive and well-informed.
  • In this role, you’ll use cold calling, networking campaigns, social media and partner events to qualify leads while building and expanding your network sustainably.
  • By maintaining regular communication with customers, providing information, answering questions, and thinking in a solution-oriented way, you’ll build long-term partnerships.
  • You’ll also contribute to developing personalized sales strategies that align with our Solution Journey and target technologies (Adobe, Salesforce, Spryker, SAP) while learning to craft the perfect sales pitch.
  • Additionally, you’ll help organize invitation management for diva-e marketing events.
  • You’ll leverage a variety of tools, including HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to qualify your leads and prepare them for the next steps in the sales process.

Requirements

  • Ideally, you have some initial sales experience working with complex e-commerce platforms, CMS systems, and ERP, PIM, or cloud solutions.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for sales, and a strong interest in new technologies. You’re creative and you like to propose new solutions to meet your goals.
  • You take initiative by not only meeting customer needs but also recognizing them early and addressing them proactively. You’re comfortable picking up the phone and winning over potential clients.
  • You’re eager to keep learning, growing, and sharing your expertise with the team at diva-e. We’ll support you with various training programs and internal development opportunities.
  • Your team and clients are impressed by your excellent communication skills and empathetic nature. Since many of our clients are English-speaking, fluency in both German (C1) and English is essential.
