As Financial Director (m/f/d) at Conclusion DACH, you will shape the financial future of our activities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You’ll be part of our management team, act as a strategic sparring partner for the Managing Director DACH, and actively drive the integration of new entities. You’ll take our controlling and reporting structures to the next level – creating a strong foundation for sustainable growth and entrepreneurial clarity.

About the job

Build and manage an effective investment controlling structure for all entities in the DACH region with a clear focus on transparency and control.
Consolidate and harmonize financial processes across multiple units and establish unified standards.
Develop and implement clear structures for reporting, forecasting, and KPI monitoring.
Actively support M&A processes – from financial due diligence to post-merger integration.
Collaborate closely with the group in the Netherlands and local management teams, bringing in your financial perspective.
Build and lead a strong finance team, fostering growth and continuous development.

Requirements

University degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Finance/Controlling.
Several years of experience in a senior Controlling or CFO role, ideally in a private equity or buy-and-build environment.
Solid expertise in investment controlling, group accounting, and M&A.
Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and a hands-on approach.
Confident communication skills in both German and English.
