Requirements
- You have several years of experience in internal communication, marketing, or employer branding and know how to engage people with the right words.
- Complex topics? No problem! You can break them down in a clear, inspiring way with the right tone – whether it’s for an internal memo or a social media campaign.
- You’re familiar with modern communication tools and social media platforms and know which channels to use for maximum impact.
- You’re confident at all levels – from trainees to top management – and build connections through empathy, clarity, and a collaborative approach.
- You’re a team player with a strong sense of marketing and HR – understanding how both come together to create a strong employer brand, and you actively make it happen.
