• You lead and grow the entire IT team, always focused on empowering your people.
• You plan and manage the IT budget for the whole diva-e group, working closely with leadership on strategic IT decisions.
• You develop a clear digital strategy and bring it to life—always with an eye on optimizing and seamlessly integrating our digital systems.
• IT security and governance are second nature to you. Terms like ISO and TISAX are more than familiar—you know how to successfully implement these certifications.
• Your priorities: automating processes, professionalizing the support/service desk, and enhancing security and data protection.
• You prepare decisions for the C-level and represent them confidently.
• With your team, you create innovative concepts that drive diva-e’s growth and secure its future.

• You’ve got years of experience leading IT teams, and ideally, you’ve already gained some first-hand experience as a project or program manager in a technical environment.
• You’re confident with modern technologies like MS 365, Atlassian, Active Directory, AzureAD, and virtualization—and you’ve got a keen interest in a wide range of IT processes.
• Your standout skills? Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation, paired with a structured and results-driven approach.
• Experience in fast-growing companies? Even better. Plus, you’ve got a solid understanding of ERP systems like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle.
• You know how to prioritize and manage complex projects, delivering top-notch results on both a strategic and operational level.
