- Together with your team, you are responsible for the ongoing support and maintenance of our (international) customer websites and assist with major migrations and the transition to a new CMS.
- You will become familiar with various Content Management Systems (CMS) and take on direct communication in customer management, providing assistance with technical and editorial issues. Whether a page isn't displaying correctly, the correct template needs to be selected, or an entire website needs to be built, you analyze the requirements and provide top-notch support via phone, video call, or email.
- You log and document incoming requests in our ticket system and handle them independently.
- You also assist with internal and external training sessions, helping your colleagues and clients navigate their respective CMS. In doing so, you're able to explain even complex issues in a way that can be understood without a technical background.

At our Munich location in the Weißen Quartier, you’ll support our team as a working student in content management by maintaining websites. You’ll assist with content updates in the Content Management System (CMS) and support the team in advising and training clients on how to use their system. Along the way, you’ll gain insight into technically complex issues, various CMS platforms, and different clients.

Requirements
- You're excited to work on websites in a pleasant, open atmosphere with a great team.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, as well as experience with Content Management Systems, are a big plus, but not a must.
- You're eager to learn and enjoy diving into new areas independently. Additionally, you work in a structured and conscientious manner and are ready to take on responsibility.
- You're a strong communicator with a high affinity for the internet. Moreover, you stay calm under pressure - even when the phone rings, tickets, emails, and chat windows all pop up at once, and a colleague needs something from you.
- You speak good German, and your English is also strong.
