Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)

• With your technical expertise and experience in IT project management, you plan, manage, and lead complex, scaled projects across their entire lifecycle in an agile environment—especially relishing new projects and contexts. 
• You actively craft solutions that align with the customer’s goals and requirements, overseeing all aspects of project planning, including strategy, roadmap, staffing, budget, timelines, and key metrics. 
• During the project, you expertly balance constraints like time and budget with the agreed-upon goals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 
• Your diplomatic skills are key in aligning individual interests with broader commercial and technical project objectives, securing the commitment and trust of all stakeholders. 
• Your responsibilities also include project organization—covering documentation, workshops, regular check-ins, and meetings—alongside clear, transparent communication with customers, stakeholder management, and escalation handling. 

• You bring several years of experience as a project manager or leader (m/f/d) for complex digital/IT projects or in multi-project management. You confidently apply your methods and principles in an agile environment, collaborating seamlessly with agile coaches and product owners. 
• Your analytical, solution-oriented, and forward-thinking mindset ensures transparency across the entire project and keeps your budget on track. 
• You combine a high level of personal responsibility and independence with a confident demeanor, while remaining a true team player with a strong customer focus. 
• Empathetic and a strong communicator, you excel in negotiation and present yourself with confidence, both internally and externally, in German* and English. *For this role, proficient German language skills (C1 level) are essential, as we work closely with our customers in Germany.
