- Responsibility: In your role, you will be responsible for selling our IT services and be the first point of contact for our customers. Based on their requirements, you will work with the sales and technical teams to develop solutions that best meet the customers' needs and project requirements. Additionally, you will conduct contract negotiations independently and close deals.
- Enablement: You will take full responsibility for pitches, right up to their execution, and act as the point of contact and coordinator for the interdisciplinary pitch team.
- Relationship-Building: You will oversee our customers throughout the entire sales process, often directly at their location, and continuously grow the client relationships you've built.
- Go-To-Market-Strategy: You will monitor the market, manage the ongoing development of our portfolio, and continuously optimize and improve our sales processes, documentation, and reporting.
- Awareness: At national and international events and trade shows, you will represent diva-e and contribute your ideas to our marketing efforts, helping to shape successful customer engagement across all channels.

As a Sales Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on Financial Services, you will be responsible for our entire sales process. In coordination with the company-wide sales team at diva-e and in collaboration with our partners (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Spryker, SAP CX), you will be tasked with further expanding the target customer base in the market. You will manage the entire process, from the first conversation to contract signing, and continue to grow the customer relationship over time.

Requirements
- You have several years of sales experience (preferably in an online agency) and a proven track record of success in selling IT services and online platforms in the e-commerce or CMS environment, as well as in the aftersales and services area. A solid understanding of digital business models rounds out your profile.
- You own excellent communication and presentation skills and can explain complex issues in an easy-to-understand way. You also have conceptual and analytical know-how, along with a strong sense of quality.
- You understand our customers' needs, have a professional demeanor, negotiation skills, and a strong customer orientation.
- In the team and with our clients, you impress with your communicative and empathetic nature. Due to our English-speaking clients, you're comfortable communicating in both German and English.
